Beautiful bikinis, I tend to order from sale section as they’re a lot cheaper. Shipping cost to UK is quite steep however they arrive very quickly. Customer service is 10/10 so friendly and the responses are super quick

I was a bit worried ordering from here based on the negative reviews, but I just have to say I had the COMPLETE opposite experience. Their customer service is honestly some of the best I’ve had with an online commerce site. They got back to me in under an hour and were extremely helpful, courteous and kind and executed my request immediately.

Australian Company- don’t refund or exchange on any sale items.

Purchase from their instagram, took me straight to their website. There was no indication these were coming from across seas. Their sale items had no ‘red message or warning’ to state they’re non refundable despite this being a UK online law.

Their final sale items are still upwards of £60 for a set.

I purchased different size bottoms to try on when they arrived and they will not refund despite me emailing and stating that this was no made clear on their website.

I was met with a complete block and lack of acknowledgment and instead was told that this info is there. (Which it is if you look for it).

I now have 2 very expensive bikinis that don’t fit, 2 odd pairs of bikini bottoms and they all are a poor fit and look nothing like their social media posts

I actually had a really good experience with Kulani. My order was dispatched the same day I placed the order and took about 9 days to arrive (was due a few days sooner but I pushed it back to a day I was available) I’m in the UK so fast delivery time!
The bikinis themselves are really cute and feel like good quality, if you’re in the UK and unsure on sizing, asos has a few designs in stock which I bought to try sizes first.

The fact I ordered it on a Tuesday night and it came on the Thursday morning, couple days before Christmas really shows how well this bikini line is with there service. I’ve never received such amazing service apart from buying from echt. The material is amazing, the swim suit fitted my big ass boobs so I’m happy with that. No complaints

Awful quality, awful customer service. Won’t exchange the bikinis I bought because I got them on sale even though I want to exchange due to false advertising they are not a supportive bikini at all. Fabric quality is just horrible. Awful awful awful company

Great if you want a bikini, you can't swim in, sunbathe in, can only hand wash with no soap then dry in a dark room of course! read the care instructions, absolutely ridiculous.
Then even after you've followed all these instructions, they still only last 2 - 3 wears if you're lucky!
